SixSpeed, a leading experiential marketing agency, was looking to partner with a mobile-centric team that lead its design and development from the same experience-driven approach SixSpeed takes with all their projects.
Their outdoor motorsports client produces live customer events that engage directly with their current and potential customers and deliver immersive and celebratory brand experiences. Milk Can provided a branded tablet app that quickly allowed customer information to be gathered in the field.
Milk Can worked with SixSpeed to remove an aging Xamarin application and rewrite it to provide a more robust and responsive native IOS Application that worked across all iPad devices including the new iPad Pro. SixSpeed immediately noticed a better interaction with the upgraded architecture. For SixSpeed, what used to take days to update and maintain is now done in a fraction of the time.
The native approach also lended itself to better support the third party software and hardware interactions that were central to the application. Milk Can continues to work with SixSpeed to improve the customer experience, keep the application up to date and add additional features.
The tablet application allows people to register at various events to win prizes, sign up for email events or to schedule personal demo time with a product. This stand-alone self-serving device was able to be placed at a variety of locations to optimize customer engagement. Behind the scenes, the editable user interface allows SixSpeed to customize text, images and colors to match the different brand and event themes.
