Milk Can created an engaging user experience for the largest technical conference in the midwest - and it made for some happy campers!
We partnered with That Conference to build the 2016 native mobile application experience for their annual event.
The Android and iOS app provided over 1500 tech professionals from all over the world easy access to the conference schedule, session information, and an integrated map.
While exploring additional ways to engage the attendees, we created the concept of ‘That Postcard’ - a feature baked directly into the app that allows the user to take photos and apply conference-themed frames for a fun postcard feel.
From the app, the user can quickly share their conference-branded postcards, creating a way to not only connect with other conference attendees digitally, but also to those back home who didn’t get the chance to attend.
By developing a direct tie in with the digital and physical conference experience, attendees walked away with not just an app - but some amazing memories!
